About the WWR Conferences

WWR Series is a specialty conference series curated by the LearnHub Institute to champion the cause of women’s participation in real estate investing and wealth creation.

The WWR Series is scheduled to be held in March of each year – in commemoration of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month.

The Conference will gather first-in-class female thought leaders to inspire, guide, and provide valuable information and direction to women who are aspiring to commence their journey to real estate investing.

Auction/ Housing Stock Parade

WWR has partnered with Development Partners to present a diverse pool of housing stock which are being offered at 15% discount to their market prices. Properties will be uploaded to the website 5 days to the Conference to give attendees equal chances at the Auction. We are offering an immediate opportunity for attendees to commence their journey to property ownership through our bespoke online auction platform.

Prices have been determined based on a free no-obligation valuation to establish a realistic value for your property in the current market. Sales and documentation will be concluded independently between Buyer and Seller within 60days following the Auction. Successful Bidders are expected to undertake due diligence prior to completing any sale. WWR, and the Auctioneer give no guarantee or assurance regarding title or state of the property and disclaim any liability relating to a sale.

All Successful Bidders shall be prequalified for concessionary mortgage by our Mortgage Partner up to a maximum of NGN35Million

Auction Terms and Conditions

Only Registered Attendees are eligible to participate in the Auction.
A bid accepted by the Auctioneer is binding on the bidder and may not be withdrawn.
Auctioneer will present all the Properties during the Housing Stock Parade.
No bid shall fall below the Indicated Reserve Price.
All Successful Bidders shall immediately be issued an offer letter by the Development Partner who has put the Property on Auction.
No proxy bid shall be permitted.
All successful bidders shall be pre-qualified for Mortgage Finance by a mortgage partner of their choice if successful.
Properties shall be available for inspection between the 24th – 28th June 2024
Successful Bidders shall take necessary due diligence required by a purchaser of Property in the ordinary course.
Successful Bidders shall have 60days within which to finalize and pay for the Property failing which any obligation to sell shall terminate.
